CCBUG - Cruise & Coffee (Chittaway to the Entrance or reverse)

An beginner ride along the beautiful shores of Tuggerah Lake with a coffee stop at The Entrance. This ride starts and ends at Chittaway School. Virtually all on shared paths, this is a great ride for beginners to build up their skills in a relatively safe environment (no cars). This ride is also perfect for those who simply want to enjoy a relaxed ride with beautiful scenery and good company. Route Details Ride from Chittaway  to The Entrance, mostly along the shared path beside Tuggerah Lake. After coffee at The Entrance we turn around and go on back to Chittaway.

CCBUG - Loop De Brisbane Waters

A moderate paced ride around Brisbane Waters. This ride is perfect for those stepping up from easier rides, like the CCBUG Woy Woy to Gosford Boomerang ride. Mostly on road shoulders and shared paths, with some normal traffic roads, so you need to be comfortable cycling on the road with some passing traffic. Ride pace will be slower on the shared path sections, picking up on the road sections.

CCBUG - Tuggerah to Yarramalong

A moderate paced ride from Tuggerah along the beautiful Yarramalong valley to Yarramalong!. Starting and ending at McDonalds (Anzac Rd) which is very close to Tuggerah railway station. This ride is on roads, some of which have fast passing traffic. As it's an out and back ride, at the ride leaders discretion any faster riders may be "let loose" to stretch their legs.

CCBUG - Woy Woy to Pie In The Sky (Cowan)

A moderate paced ride from Woy Woy to Pie in the Sky cafe and back through the picturesque Brisbane Water National Park and over the Hawkesbury River. Designed for more experienced cyclists, we mostly utilise the old Pacific Hwy and include 5 longish climbs (Kariong, Mooney, PiTS, Mt.White and Mooney) – nothing too steep, but you’ll certainly know you’ve been up a few hills by the time you get home!

CCBUG - Gosford to Newcastle

A moderate paced ride starting at Gosford Train Station, riding out through Narara Valley and via the Entrance and Munmorah National Park we stop for a quick coffee/brunch at Swansea. Then continue along the Pacific Hwy to Belmont where we join the famous Fernleigh Track - a rail trail / shared path through the local bushland and a nice little brick tunnel before reaching Adamstown . Lunch in Newcastle and a train ride back.
