We recommend that all regular bicycle riders obtain some cycling specific personal and public liability insurance, to cover the unlikely accident and its’ repercussions. Such insurance can be obtained via membership of Bicycle NSW. Checkout all the benefits of membership here: https://bicyclensw.org.au/membership/
Membership of Bicycle NSW also shows your support for the peak NSW bicycle group representing everyday cyclists and its’ advocacy efforts.
As members of Bicycle NSW, all CCBUG Ride Leaders are covered by Bicycle NSW Public Liability insurance policy while leading CCBUG rides. However, this insurance does NOT cover you and any damage that you may do to other people or property.
